Accommodation Terms & Conditions

General points

1. All accommodation is subject to availability and early booking is advisable.
2. There is a £40 charge per person for accommodation administration.
3. In arranging accommodation Tti School of English is acting as an agent for the supplier of such accommodation and rates may vary.
4. Full payment for the accommodation booking must be received by Tti two weeks before arrival at the latest. Money paid for accommodation cannot be refunded.
5. In case of full or partial cancellation of accommodation, notice must be given to office staff during normal office hours, Monday to Friday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
6. The notice period is two weeks or payment in lieu, commencing on the Sunday after notice is given.
7. Bookings are Sunday to Saturday as standard, so in case of early departure, the student will also be expected to depart on a Saturday.
8. Any refund made will be made after the departure date as originally booked.
9. These conditions apply to Tti homestays and Tti self-catering accommodation.
10. Different terms & conditions may apply to other accommodation booked by Tti on behalf of students.
11. In exceptional circumstances if the accommodation booked becomes unavailable for reasons beyond our control an alternative will be arranged but details may differ.
12. We reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee if accommodation is cancelled less than 2 weeks before your arrival date.
13. Accommodation may not be cancelled after arrival.
14. Accommodation can only be arranged for students aged 16+.
