Diary of an Intern – my second week at Tti School of English

I’ve got through my second week in London and at Tti School of English. And I can tell you: it was as great as the first one!

Second week of an intern: London Eye at night

London Eye at night

The second week started as usual. The new students arrived and we welcomed them in the typical and lovely Tti School way with the  Welcome Meeting. After that, the day went as normal and it wasn’t as busy as the previous week as there wasn’t a group arriving.

On Tuesday, Sian gave me the opportunity to leave earlier to explore London with my friends from Germany. (Thank you, Sian!) And as you can see it was great!

We explored Camden Market which I can really recommend doing because there is are a lot of things to see and a lot of stores to explore. After that, we went to the centre of London to see London Bridge, the London Eye, etc. The weather was great and we really enjoyed the city.

We went for dinner near the London Eye, which is pretty expensive, to be honest, but the food and the atmosphere were amazing so I guess it’s okay just as a one-off!

I also really recommend seeing London at night. It’s such a bright and lovely city! All the lively streets and illuminated houses are a must-see!

The week passed by quite normally until Thursday when all our servers were shut down for a few hours. Thursday was, of course, the busiest day of the week but it wouldn’t be Tti if we didn’t manage to get through everything anyway!

And now it’s Friday and a few students are leaving again… what a sad day. I’ll hope that they’ll come back to study at Tti School of English again in the future.

Thanks Sarah! It sounds like you have had a good week! For more details about our school please follow the link: www.ttischool.com
