If your son/daughter is under 16 years old at the start of their course he/she can join an English programme for under 18s but cannot join a programme for adult students.
This is not something that we can change because it is a rule in the UK that students who are under 16 cannot study with adult students
Students who are under 16 and are not part of a group (ie two or more students registering together) will need to complete the Online Application for Central London Junior Programme and ask their parents to complete the Parental Consent Form. Parents/guardians of students under 16s must complete a Parental Consent Form, which includes curfew times. Please adhere to our guidelines when setting these. This form must be submitted at the time of booking. A sample version is available for download.

HOW WE WORK WITH UNDER 16s:
Days and times of lessons:
Under 16s will study when there are no adults students studying in the school.
Supervision:
Under 16s will be supervised during lessons and break times by TopUp Learning London staff who are DBS checked.
Arrival and departure from lessons:
Under 16s:
- Students who are under 16 and over 12 years old will need to be given written permission by their parents, and this document must be shared with TopUp Learning London, in order that we know that they have permission to travel to and from TopUp Learning London on their own.
Under 12s:
- Students who are under 12 years old must not be allowed to travel to and from TopUp Learning London on their own and we will require that one of their parents bring them to TopUp Learning London and picks them up from TopUp Learning London at the end of their lessons. TopUp Learning London will need to have a signed document from the parents as evidence that this will occur.
STUDENT GROUPS FOR UNDER 16s
When we have a group of under 16s we will usually place students in a group according to their age and English language ability.
AGE RANGE:
- 7-11 year olds
- 12-16 year olds
LANGUAGE LEVEL:
- Starter (Pre A1 to A1+)
- Lower (A2 to B1+)
- Higher (B2 to C1)
- Proficient (C2 )
Lunches are included if a student is enrolled to full-day programme.
