What I like most about camden is the ‘Blues Kitchen’. I love going there with my friends to have dinner or a drink and listen to some live music. Very often the singers are really good!

What I love about Camden
What I like most about Camden is the Camden Lock Market. You can find so many beautiful things there – jewellery, bags, toys, hats, scarves, soaps, tea – all made by the artisans that are selling them. I’ve had some great conversations about their things. I also love sitting and having a picnic with friends by the canal on a hot summer’s day.
What I like most about Camden is the Metal and Alternative Music scene. I love the live Metal nights at The Devonshire Arms on saturdays; they also have great DJs the rest o the week. The Electric Ballroom has metal nights every Friday (Goth and Metal the first Friday of every month), and World’s End pub plays rock and metal music all the time. I’ve made a lot of English friends at these places. Everyone’s so friendly.
What I like most about Camden is the Jazz Cafe. I just love jazz! Camden has great night life. If you want to dance and have a good time I would recommend going to Lock 17. It’s cool there and a bit edgy. Otherwise the Camden Head and Earl of Camden are great traditional English pubs to have a beer in with friends.
What I like most about Camden is that it’s a great place to people-watch. I look out for the punks especially – they have such extreme hairstyles and clothes. It’s fun just to walk along Camden High Street and absorb the funky atmosphere.
What I like most about Camden is Regent’s Canal. It’s like a piece of countryside in the city. It’s so peaceful walking along the path next to the water. People jog and cycle along there and there are sometimes canal boats going slowly along. It makes a nice change from the bustle of city life.
