Hello.  Welcome to TopUp Learning and welcome to  your minute lesson.   Today, we’re looking at idioms to express happiness.  To be on cloud 9., means to be extremely happy or excited.  “I’ve just got a new job, I’m on cloud 9”.  To be a happy camper, has nothing to do with camping.  It means to be content or satisfied with what is happening in life and have no complaints.  “She is always smiling, she’s such a happy camper.  Having a whale of a time.  This means to have a very good time or very enjoyable experience.  “I just saw him at the party, he was having a whale of a time!”.  Grin like a Cheshire cat means when someone has a bit smile of their face because they are happy with something.  “She was grinning like a Cheshire cat when he asked her to marry him”.   Thank you for joining me today and thank you for joining TopUp Learning.  If you’d like to see the classes we can offer you, please visit our website at www.topuplearning.com. Thank you.
