I’ve got through my second week in London and at Tti School of English. And I can tell you: it was as great as the first one!

So, I am half way through my internship at Tti School of English already. The time just passes very quickly and not long and then I’ll be back home – in Germany. But until then I will continue to write a blog a week and tell you what has happened.

Our former student Andrea tells us about his experience in the Careers Workshop at Tti and explains the part it played in his professional journey here in London. Here’s Andrea’s story…

Hello everybody! My name is Sarah and I’m the new intern at Tti School of English.

But what does being an intern at Tti mean? Over the next six weeks, I’ll show you what it’s like to be an intern at Tti and also what living in London is like!

So, it’s the time of the year when we set ourselves some goals for the coming weeks, hopefully months and if we are really committed we may be able to make these changes for life! In this blog we look at the resolutions that we have set for us ourselves for the coming year but also review some of the resolutions that some of the team set for themselves in 2019! Christmas and New Year are just around the corner and unlike many other schools, Tti School stays open during the holidays! Every year we offer a course for our current students and students visiting London for those two weeks who wish to improve their English.

Hello guys and gals (and people of any other gender). Allow me to introduce myself to you: My name is Gerrit Herrmann, I am 22 years old and I am from Kiel, which is located in the northern part of Germany. I am doing vocational training in Germany, which is a kind of educational programme where you learn to do a certain job. In my case, I am learning to become a salesman for dialogue marketing with the company “Deutsche Telekom” (known here as T-Mobile).

Blue sky, a light warm breeze, the slight taste of salt water on your lips and the sound of waves in your ear. Great Britain is an island and these usually come with the perk of being surrounded by water and having a lot of beaches. So for the summer season, I thought I’d provide you with some suggestions of beaches surrounding London one could go to.
