As part of Tti’s 15th birthday celebration , we have endeavoured to find an alumni student from every year since we opened to contribute to this very special blog post! It has not been so easy. Gemma, Tti School’s Principal, writes below about the Christmas tradition of Advent Calendars.
I grew up on the south coast of England in the Brighton area.  As a child, each year I would be given an advent calendar and it was the most exciting thing!  The countdown to Christmas!

Today, 11th November is known as Armistice Day. At 11am on 11th November 1918 the ceasefire that marked the end of the First World War started and at this time every year we remember, all those men and women who were killed during the two World Wars and other conflicts. At one time the day was known as Armistice Day and was renamed Remembrance Day after the Second World War.

Kentish Town has been getting quite a lot of attention recently! A new article this week in Time Out highlighted their top picks for great spots to check out in Kentish Town so Mel wanted to give you her top 5 places to visit in Kentish Town!
